About Us... Woden's Way is a team effort enthused with sharing The Bahamas with Bahamians. The team is composed of Bahamian photographers, writers, visual artists and musicians. We all recognize the dramatic decline of things originally Bahamian, be it the lifestyles, the food, the media and even the environment- it's all changing rapidly. We want to keep the positive aspects of Bahamian identity alive and prominent. Oh, okay. But who is Woden? Woden is the Anglo-Saxon name given to Odin, the chief god in Norse Mythology. You will find that Odin was not the most positive figure in the myths of yore. We don’t follow, worship or promote Norse Paganism. For more info on Woden/Odin go [here]. True. Then why name it after Woden anyway?     One of the characteristics of Woden was that he was a wanderer, the team members all see things in a different light, so we are all wanderers in our own right and the 'Way' is the path we want to pave, so others can follow and see things differently, for a change. Also, the Old English name for Wednesday is Wodensdaeg- Woden's Day, we liked that and adapted it to Woden's Way because it was different and has a certain ring to it.   So, who's on the team?     Amp.
